As the festive season approaches, the Rosebank Management District is inviting the community to show compassion and support by contributing to Cross The Divide, a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to uplifting lives in Ward 90 and surrounding areas of Johannesburg.
Cross The Divide focuses on community initiatives, rehabilitation programs, and local partnerships to create a safer, more connected, and inclusive environment. By working closely with residents, businesses, and stakeholders, the organisation strengthens communities, supports vulnerable individuals, and fosters lasting social impact.
The community is encouraged to donate essential items before 21 November 2025. Donations can be dropped off at the Rosebank Visitor Centre (Rosebank Mall, Bath Avenue entrance) from Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 18h00.
Items needed include:
-
Toiletries: toothpaste, toothbrush, facecloth, soap, deodorant, comb, vaseline, body lotion, razor, lip ice
-
Dry food goods: maize meal, tin food, rice, lentils/split peas/soy mince, 2-minute noodles, biscuits
-
Clothing: caps, beanies, t-shirts, sneakers
Every contribution helps make a difference in the lives of vulnerable community members, bringing care and hope to those who need it most. Such initiatives remain key in building stronger, more resilient communities, fostering empathy, and providing support to those who need it most.
