The Rosebank Management District (RMD) and Lower Rosebank Management District (LRMD) have appointed Fidelity Security Services as the precinct’s new security service provider, effective 1 October 2026.
The appointment reinforces the districts’ commitment to a safe, secure and well-managed environment for residents, businesses, workers and visitors. Fidelity will provide a visible presence across the precinct, with dedicated day and night patrols covering public areas, streets and open parking areas. These patrols are backed by armed response personnel and a 24-hour control room.
The team comprises supervisors, armed guards, a control room controller and patrollers. Their duties include regular patrols, parking patrols and support, monitoring and reporting suspicious activity, responding to incidents and supporting emergency procedures. They will also assist with accidents, medical emergencies and other safety-related matters.
Security operations in Rosebank are supported by CCTV and other monitoring systems. Incident data helps identify patterns and shape patrols and preventative measures. Where necessary, Fidelity will liaise with law enforcement and emergency services.
How to identify the authorised security team
Fidelity personnel in Rosebank wear branded Fidelity uniforms that incorporate Rosebank branding and individual name tags. Fidelity vehicles operating in the precinct carry Fidelity and Rosebank branding.
